With over 10,000 washer dies in stock, we can meet your requirements in as little as one week or less! We fabricate washers with outside diameters from 0.093″ up to 12.000″, in thicknesses ranging from 0.005″ to 0.187″, and order quantities ranging from one into the millions.
Our team has years of experience working with a broad range of materials. We can build our own die-sets in-house and stamp washers to exact tolerances with extremely fast turnaround times, regardless of order quantity.
We offer a large array of colors, including red, green, blue, yellow, black, orange, and white, with color matching available for certain material options (minimum quantities may apply for these special colors).

Slitting and Shearing
We can slit and shear a wide range of non-metallic materials. We work with rolls, coils, strips, and sheets in thicknesses of 0.005″ to 0.250″ and material widths of 0.500″ to 38″. Our technicians and equipment operate within very tight tolerances to create highly precise goods for use in complex or intricate configurations.

Non-Metallic Stamping
Our production facility has over 75 punch presses and 7,500 stock dies to accommodate high-volume production needs. We also have multiple high-speed presses that can complete as many as 400 strokes per minute for small or large-scale stamping. We can work with custom dies, compound dies, and progressive stampings. We also offer steel rule die-cutting services for prototyping projects.
